News Tap: The official newsletter is the main means of the information sharing and news update among all of us. It acts as a mobile message board and a window for all events and achievements within the organization.
Get together Meetings (Social Events): With many of our employees working at client sites, we host regular congregations so that employees can stay in touch with the company and their colleagues. At these meetings we introduce new employees, celebrate new business wins and project successes with often a specific party theme. Afterwards, the social hour serves up food, drink and socializing.
Stone Day Rituals: We @ Path commemorate our Stone day for the establishment. We perform a puja in the morning to pray and bless the organization followed by a collective lunch.
Year-end Celebration: At the end of our lunar year, around deepawali, we celebrate the success of the year, cherish annual corporate gifts. This event is usually an extended social hour held at an off-site venue having company-paid dinner/dance event for adults, and a kids' event and often other activities. Path Wide Net: Our welfare charter also host frequent spring / summer event, sometimes a theatre Movie or a family picnic, with relax, adventure and other activities. Numerous ad hoc events, supported by the company, take place at such occasions. These events are chosen by the employees groups and include dinner/dance nights, sports tournaments, trekking, ultimate tournaments and group outings to local sports events are also part of the life at Path.
