The management of Path Infotech Limited comprise of experienced technocrats and well-known experts in their respective fields. The management of the company is vested in its promoters, Directors and Senior management members, who have the overall responsibility for the affairs of the Company. The management primarily focuses on strategy formulation, policy and control, designed to deliver increasing value to stakeholders. The management comprises Twelve Professionals, three of whom are promoter directors.
