Path announced that it has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. The appraisal was performed by KPMG Group as per SCAMPI methodology.

CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.

An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

Achieving CMMI Level 3 Rating is a new milestone for Path and an important endorsement of their processes, engineering capabilities, and systems. This appraisal, along with the ISO 9001:2008 certification, is a testament to their commitment to providing their customers efficient solutions through continual improvement. It also means improved on-time delivery, enhanced productivity, and higher quality. Delivering value to the customers remains at the forefront of Path’s business strategy.
