Path began the Quality initiative with the process mapping for ISO 9001:2008 certification.
 
Assessment by Bureau Veritas found us in accordance with requirements of the new ISO 9001:2008 International Standards. As part of the ISO initiative we laid out institutionalization of Quality Management Systems (QMS), formal project management, review and control procedures, formal methods for software designing practices and formal process change mechanism.

The receipt of ISO 9001:2008 certification, the most widely recognized international standard for quality management systems, is an important step in maintaining our strategic plan and focus. "We believe that certification validates our commitment to providing superior quality and in building long-term relationships with not only our clients, but our employees as well".

We keep ourselves up-to-date on emerging practices and trends in the industry and are involved in development of new initiatives by a team of experienced implementers who have already proven themselves as an effective unit in planning, design, implementation and sustenance of IT Services.

We continue to refine, align and automate our services delivery process as one of the top initiatives within path, to reduce average call handling time & reduce number of customer initiated escalations, through Operational Metrics and reporting.
