Organization with No Hierarchy
We believe in maintaining the structure of the organization wherein employees take on roles on client assignments, which fit their skills, not their position. Most of Path's Senior Associates and Executive Directors work on client assignments alongside members. It is not unusual to see a director troubleshooting a support service request and a Manager giving a presentation to senior client executives the next.

Open Door Policy
Our open door policy is not just lip service - our leaders are dedicated to being available and really listening to new ideas. Nobody screens management's phone calls or emails and there isn't a secretary guarding the door.

Employee Orientation
All employees are inducted through an employee orientation program at our head office. This mainly comprises of Organizational Background, Industry Segments and Current Customers, Technologies being used, Code of Conduct, Policy Manual and Guidelines for filling and filing various claims.

Quality Orientation
Everyone joining us is oriented for the Quality Management System not only for the mandate, but to reap the benefits of the standardized and structured procedures and uniform documentation.

Employee Opinion Meets (Offsite Meets)
We listen to our employees. Overall results are published in our newsletter NEWSTAP & also on our Intranet. A task force, consisting of functional representatives and management, meets to make recommendations on improvements arising from the results and opportunities.

This program is aimed at recognizing achievements from employees in areas of respective technical skills, displaying superlative performance, commitment to work and taking new initiatives for their own, team & company's growth.
