.NET Project Lead

.NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework Core, Web API, C#, LINQ, jQuery, Angular & MS SQL, Clean Architecture, Team Handling, Delivery Management

• Project Lead with 11 - 13 years of experience on Microsoft Technologies
• Should have extensive delivery experience in application development using Microsoft technologies.
• Experienced in .NET based development: .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Rest APIs, C#, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, jQuery & MS SQL
• Strong understanding in OOP, Databases, Architectural patterns like MVC etc.
• Strong .NET Core Skills like middleware, repository patterns, dependency injection, Razor pages, views, View Components 
• Good experience in SQL Server queries, procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience of Responsive web, Browser compatibility, SQL and code optimization
• Sound knowledge and experience in industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies is must.
• Must be an advocate of SDLC models like Waterfall, Agile Scrum etc.
• Own the technical solution and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed.
• Superior troubleshooting ability, strong analytical abilities, and drive for results
• Must be handling a team of 4-5 people
• Possess good communication skills in English and good technical documentation skills

• Understand Requirements. Identifies & highlights gaps in requirements. Must have complete clarity in requirements before solution designing
• Perform deep impact analysis
• Creates & document solution design. Ensures all requirements / use cases are covered in solution.
• Provide guidance to developers on technical and architectural design.
• Use best practices and coding standards. Ensures code quality. Reviews code
• Guides developers for correct implementations, assist team if team is stuck. 
• Conduct system testing to ensure all scenarios are covered. Ensures system is ready for SIT, UAT
• Manage tasks to ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan
• Ensures he and his team Delivers as per committed estimates and timelines
• Unblocks any blockers with team, or escalates to Manager and seeks help immediately
• Update PM/Delivery Head on completion of each task & Milestone.
