Utah Oracle User Group (UTOUG) will host industry experts on March 26 and 27, 2026 in Salt Lake City, bringing together Oracle technologists, architects, and cloud leaders to explore the future of enterprise development and cloud modernization.

Path Infotech is proud to share that Oracle ACE Ahmed Aboulnaga will deliver two forward-looking sessions addressing some of the most transformative shifts in modern software engineering.

Session 1: Autonomous Code Generation with AI

As generative AI and large language models reshape development workflows, autonomous code generation is rapidly moving from experimentation to enterprise adoption. Imagine creating, building, and deploying multi-tiered applications with little to no human intervention.

In this session, Ahmed will explore:

  • The evolution of AI-powered code generation
  • Practical usage of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, and Oracle Code Assist
  • Generating Java, Python, and PL/SQL code using natural language
  • Moving from coding assistance to full application generation
  • Real-world limitations and governance considerations
  • A live demo showcasing autonomous AI development from idea to production

This session demonstrates how AI is transforming software engineering from manual effort to intelligent collaboration.

Session 2: DevSecOps Made Practical in OCI: From First Steps to Automation

Adopting DevSecOps is a journey. It can appear daunting at first, but it doesn’t have to be. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure includes a myriad of tools to help your organization incrementally improve security within DevOps practices.

Ahmed will guide attendees through:

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) foundations
  • Embedding security into CI/CD pipelines
  • Leveraging OCI DevOps and security services
  • Automating infrastructure and governance
  • Practical integration strategies for teams new to DevSecOps

The session bridges theory with practical implementation, helping organizations modernize securely without slowing innovation.

As an Oracle ACE and enterprise architect with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale solutions across commercial and government sectors, Ahmed continues to contribute actively to the Oracle community by advancing discussions around AI, cloud engineering, and secure enterprise transformation.

If you are attending UTOUG 2026, we look forward to connecting.
